Purpose and availability

Server IT Monitoring is a private application operated for its owner's Windows server. This website explains that application; it does not offer a public monitoring service, public registration, or access to server management functions.

Authorized use

Only the owner and explicitly authorized operators may configure or use the application. Gmail access requires the owner's consent and is limited to sending monitoring reports and alerts using the Gmail API. The application must not be used for spam, unsolicited messages, or access to systems without permission.

Monitoring limitations

Diagnostics are observations, not guarantees of hardware health or confirmed root causes. Unsupported measurements are reported as unknown. Email can be delayed, rejected, or unavailable because of network, account, OAuth, provider, or device-notification limitations. The application is not an emergency service and must not be the sole safeguard against data loss or server failure.

Operational control

Monitoring does not authorize application updates, repairs, restarts, file deletion, or changes to download and seeding behavior. Such operations remain subject to the owner's separate approval rules. The owner may disable monitoring or revoke Gmail authorization at any time.

Privacy and third-party services

Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Use of Google and Cloudflare services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies. This application is independently operated and is not endorsed by Google or Cloudflare.

Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the personal-use application. The effective date identifies the current version. Changes do not grant new OAuth permissions or override the owner's operational approval requirements.
